Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your organization's access to and use of Omnia OS, operated by Cartigram LLP.
1. Software Subscription & Free Trial
Omnia provides a cloud-native software-as-a-service (SaaS) business operating system on a subscription basis. New organizations receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all 6 core modules. No credit card is required to initiate a free trial.
2. Pricing, Invoicing & GST
All subscription fees are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are exclusive of statutory 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is added at checkout. Tax invoices are automatically generated and downloadable from your billing console.
3. 90-Day Read-Only Data Retention Guarantee
In the event of a failed subscription renewal or temporary account pause, Omnia guarantees a 90-day read-only grace period. Your data will not be immediately deleted or held hostage. During this window, authorized administrators can export full organization data dumps in JSON, CSV, and PDF formats without penalty.
4. Customer Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full legal ownership of all business records, employee documents, ledgers, and proprietary files uploaded to your Omnia tenant workspace. Omnia claims no ownership rights over your customer data.
5. Service Availability & SLA
Omnia commits to a 99.9% monthly service uptime for all production workloads. For Enterprise-tier agreements, financial credits apply if uptime falls below standard thresholds as stipulated in your master services agreement.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
