1. Indian DPDP Act 2023 & Data Sovereignty

Omnia adheres strictly to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. All primary production databases, employee biometric logs, attendance records, and accounting ledgers are stored and processed within AWS Asia-South1 data centers located in Mumbai, India. We do not transfer your personal data outside India without explicit organizational consent.

2. Isolated Tenant Data Architecture

Your company data is isolated in dedicated schema containers. Application queries enforce strict tenant context boundaries. Under no circumstances is your data pooled, cross-analyzed, or exposed to any other subscriber on the platform.

3. Information We Collect

• Account & Billing Information: Contact name, corporate email address, organization name, GSTIN, and billing addresses.
• Customer Business Data: Employee directory, biometric attendance logs, payroll calculations, project task hours, vendor invoices, and client records uploaded into your workspace.
• Technical & Telemetry Data: IP addresses, browser user-agents, and authentication timestamps used exclusively for fraud prevention and security audit logs.

4. Zero Data Monetization Guarantee

We do not sell, rent, or trade your company data, employee information, or financial records to third parties or advertising networks. We never train public machine learning models on your proprietary company records.

5. 90-Day Retention & Data Deletion

If your subscription is paused, your account enters a 90-day read-only grace period during which you can export all your data in standard JSON/CSV formats. Upon verified permanent account deletion requests, your data is cryptographically expunged from all active databases and secondary backup snapshots within 30 days.
