Bridging the gap between Engineering (using Linear) and Customer Success (using Intercom/Zendesk) has always been a major pain point. Today, we fix that.
What's New?
With our new Linear Sync, you get true, real-time two-way synchronization without the usual integration headaches.
Seamless Two-Way Sync
When a customer reports a bug in Intercom, support can click "Escalate to Linear". Omnia instantly creates a Linear issue, copying over the context, tags, and reporter details.
When the engineering team marks the Linear issue as Done, Omnia reaches back into Intercom and auto-replies to the customer:
"Great news! The bug you reported has been fixed."
Key Features
- Status Mapping: Map Linear states (
Triage,In Progress,Done) directly to Zendesk ticket statuses (Open,Pending,Solved). - Comment Syncing: Internal comments in Linear can optionally sync as internal notes in your CRM.
- Attachment Support: Screenshots and screen recordings are seamlessly transferred between platforms.
How to Enable It
If you are on the Omnia Pro or Enterprise tier:
- Navigate to your Workspace Settings.
- Click on Integrations.
- Select Linear and authorize the application.
- Go to Automation Flow and select the new Linear Sync template.
